Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information stiki.me collects, what it is used for, and what your rights are, in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its Amendment 13.

Who collects the information

stiki.me is operated by Sagi Stiki ("we"). For any privacy question, write to collabs@stiki.me.

What is collected

Information you provide yourself through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The content of your message

Technical information collected automatically while you browse:

• IP address and country
• Browser and device type
• Pages viewed and time spent, for statistics

What it is used for

Information submitted through the form is used solely to answer your enquiry and to manage the correspondence that follows. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Technical information is used to secure the site, block automated (spam) submissions, and understand general usage patterns.

Providing your details is voluntary

You are under no legal obligation to provide this information. You provide it of your own free will, understanding it is needed so we can get back to you. Without contact details we cannot reply.

Where the information is held

The site does not maintain its own database of enquiries. A message sent through the form is delivered straight to our mailbox and is not stored in any site database.

The following service providers act as processors on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosting and running the site
• Spacemail — the email service that receives enquiries
• Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics — usage statistics
• UserWay — the accessibility widget on the site

Some providers operate outside Israel, so information may also be processed abroad.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept in the mailbox for as long as it remains relevant to the working relationship, and is deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' own policies.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the following rights:

• The right to review information held about you (section 13)
• The right to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unclear (section 14)
• The right to request deletion of the information
• The right to be told how the information is collected and why

Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation and cookies set by analytics services. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may break some functionality.

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS and applies reasonable measures against abuse of the contact form. We cannot, however, guarantee absolute protection, and we recommend not sending sensitive information through the form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page along with its revision date.
